Service terms
ShareProof helps you upload, monitor, and document copies of your protected media. You are responsible for the content you upload and for using the service lawfully and in good faith.
IP protection notice
You confirm that you have the right to protect the content you upload. We may generate fingerprints, screenshots, and evidence packages to help you identify unauthorized copies and document your claims.
DMCA policy
If we surface a possible infringement, you can review the evidence and send a takedown notice. ShareProof provides tools and templates, but you remain responsible for the legal assertions you submit.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing, usage limits, and retention windows may vary by plan and can change over time with reasonable notice.
Availability and limitations
We work to keep the service reliable and respectful, but we cannot guarantee detection of every copy or uninterrupted availability at all times.
